Deposits
We really appreciate your loyalty & to ensure that everyone gets the appointments they need, we just ask for a deposit to secure your appointment.
Starting 1st December 2024, we'll be asking for a small deposit for all appointments. This can be paid in person, over the phone, or after your previous appointment. Your deposit is securely stored by iSalon, our software provider & we never hold your card details.
Cancellations
Life happens & we totally understand if you need to reschedule. Just give our reception team a call or send an email & they’ll happily help you out. Get a full refund when you cancel more than 48hrs before your appointment. Cancelling between 24-48hrs before your appointment means a 50% charge of your deposit. Cancelling with less than 24hrs notice, or not showing up, will result in a full charge.
Deposit Amounts
£25 for single appointments (like a cut & blow-dry) & £50 (or more for multiple clients/services) for larger appointments (like colours).
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, the cancellation policy still applies based on how much notice you give.
We know this is a change, but we're doing this to ensure fair access to appointments for everyone, whilst also supporting our amazing stylists.
